ISFV15 the 15th International Symposium on Flow Visualization Minsk, Belarus, June 25-28, 2012

The 15th International Symposium on Flow Visualization will be held in Minsk, Belarus, during June 25-28, 2012, at the Luikov Heat and Mass Transfer Institute of the National Academy of Sciences of Belarus. In cooperation with leading Russian Institutions and Universities, Flow Visualization Society of Japan, Flow Visualization Society of Korea, and International Shock Wave Institute, we are pleased to host ISFV15. The Symposium is a premier event in the area of visualization combined with optical quantitative and qualitative measurements applied over a wide range of disciplines that depend upon these techniques. These include the following aspects of applications and methods:

The Symposium will be held in Minsk, the capital of Belarus, a large industrial, scientific and cultural center, see www.minsk.gov.by; www.minsk.nemiga.info. The Luikov Heat and Mass Transfer Institute (HMTI) of National Academy of Science of Belarus was founded in 1956, and is now one of the biggest research institutes in Belarus, with a total staff of about 600 persons. HMTI will be responsible for organizing the ISFV15, see http://www.itmo.by/ .
