The principle of the editorial board

1. General terms

1.l. Chief Editor of the Editorial Board of the journal "Bulletin of the Buryat State University. Mathematics, Informatics " is approved by the order of the rector of BSU.

1.2. Materials selects and edits the editorial board, chaired by the chief editor.

1. The composition, structure and organization of work of the editorial board

3.1. Activities of the editorial board is organized by the chief editor.

3.2. The composition of the editorial board is formed from among the most qualified and respected scientists on the basis of voluntary participation.

3.3. Editorial Board reviews the main aspects and approves the results of its operations in plenary sessions.

3.4. The editorial board approves the design of the magazine (format, cover and structural composition), establishes a number of issues of the magazine, if necessary, changes its periodicity, format, circulation.

3.5. Plenary sessions are convened as required.

III. Options and rights

4.1. Options and rights of the chief editor of the editorial board:

• to ensure the implementation of the main tasks and activities in all areas of the work of the editorial board;
• to define members of the Editorial Board;
• to report on the work of the editorial board before the Academic Council of the university.
• to approve the conclusion of the editorial board about desirability of publication on behalf of the university of the offered original manuscripts. Options for the editorial board's conclusions: a) to recommend to the publication; b) to modify or rework; c) finally rejected.
• make decisions on contentious issues related to the proposed to publication of manuscripts.
• to act on behalf of the editorial board on the sessions of the Academic Council;
• participate in all meetings on university publishing activity;
• make proposals to the agenda of the Academic Council about measures aimed at improving the quality of publications, the promotion of authors, reviewers and members of the editorial board.

4.2. Options and rights of the editorial board:

• Identification of priority topics in the main directions of research for inclusion in the magazine;
• formation of long-term and annual plans of publication of magazine "Vestnik BSU. Mathematics, Informatics " and submitting them for consideration and approval in due course;
• development of recommendations for the organization, development and improvement of the activities of the editorial board;
• Organization of the review of submitted articles, evaluation and preparation of the conclusions on the feasibility and the conditions for their inclusion in the " Vestnik BSU. Mathematics, Informatics" or their rejecting.
